  Its not very often I leave reviews these days but this one has to be shared. After a day of car hunting and dealing with idiots my father suggested this family run garage in blackwood. Great, lets go have the same conversations the same back and forth just to leave annoyed and carless.. how wrong was I. First thing I said was im busting for a wee and the guy laughed and pointed me in the direction of the loo. As im walking out a car catches my eye so I ask if its ok to have a look. He grabs me the keys and leaves me alone to check things out. No pushing, no nonsense questioning or interrogating me about how much im spending, just freedom and curiosity. After a few minutes I approach Nick and we start having a friendly and open chat. There was a bit of banter and a good giggle before we agreed a price and shook hands. Now its not how you sell a product or service, its how you react when things don't go as planned and honestly, these guys were flawless. After a couple of days, a few slight problems materialised nothing major just some annoyance. 1 phone call. Thats what it took. One conversation and the car was back in. Due to personal circumstance, I cant be without a car so the first visit, the guys sorted out the majority of the issues but one still remained. Before they let me drive away they booked me straight back in. They knew it was going to be a lengthy job so they went out of their way to make sure I had transport... they even insured one of their cars for me to borrow. This is not a service they usually offer but they remembered me saying I had some issues and acted on a passing comment.. absolutely beautiful service from them. Special shout outs are deserved for Nick for being a genuine and decent guy and putting people before profits, Carl for being the single most honest mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and for the life of me I can't remember the other sales man's name but he gets credit for going out of his way and sorting a replacement vehicle. Even when his plans didn't go as planned he refused to leave me stranded. I can honestly say 5 stars isn't enough for this place I will absolutely be going back when I fancy a change. I will also be making sure everyone I know will have chris waites car sales in their mind when they need a new car.

  Brought a car from here December 2025 , staff very friendly not pushy, had a few issues on the MOT before I picked car up but all was rectified before I collected the car , can not fault this place , if your looking for a new used car try this place

  Just wanted to thank Martin for excellent, professional service from start to finish, he was fantastic when purchasing my new car. My car was given a full MOT, valet and when I collected my car it was immaculate inside and out. I would also like to thank Tony and his team as I had an issue with wing mirror which I hadn't noticed for 2 weeks, but it was sorted out straight away and nothing was too much trouble. Once again, thank you all for a fantastic service
